The most interesting part about the article is that they warn that you should focus not on the amenities (like a spa, a pool, the bells and whistles) but the core offering of the retirement home. The five things they say you must look at are:
- Health Services
- Complaints
- The Fine Print
- Staff
- Security
Nothing about the tennis courts or the disco. 🙂
